•Performed visual inspection on CNC-machined components to identify defects such as cracks, blow holes, surface damage, and uneven machining. Non-conforming parts were rejected and sent for rework.

•Approved components after visual inspection for advanced dimensional inspection and scanning.

•Cleaned CNC-machined parts thoroughly and measured wall thickness on all sides of castings, patterns, and mounting plates using standard measuring instruments.

•Prepared components for scanning by placing them on a surface table, applying reference stickers, and using SKD developer spray for accurate scanning.

•Conducted 3D scanning using ZEISS Blue Light Scanner with COLIN software.

•Converted scanned data into STL files and compared them with CAD models by superimposing both files to identify dimensional deviations and profile errors in GOM Software.

•Analyzed inspection results and generated detailed inspection and deviation reports for customers.
