Monitoring fermentation process- Ensured that tea underwent oxidation under optimal conditions.
Quaity Assurance- Regularly checked the appearance, aroma and color of tea during fermentation to ensure it met desired quality standards.
Communication- Coordinated with upstream (withering) and downstream (drying) sections to ensure smooth workflow and consistency in product quality.
