To improve resiliency to evolving cyber threats, delivered a Phishing Resistant Authentication solution for implementation across MS & Okta Identity Providers for 2,100 high-target employees. Led the architects and vendors to design solutions for legacy problems leveraging new capabilities such as biometrics, password less logins, Passkey/Fastpass authentication methods that defend the organization and streamline the user experience.

Leads strategic Integrations, Acquisitions and Divestiture projects for business between 5-2500 end users with budgets up to $4M, resulting in timely, cost-effective results with <2% downtime impact to employees and business unit operations.

To meet organizational Green initiatives, reduced the infrastructure carbon footprint by 9% and optimized Wintel resources by managing the migration of 270 virtual machines into Nutanix infrastructure including a complete Citrix infrastructure upgrade and rebuild.

Product Owner for Equitable’s new integrated Advisor/Client web platform, transforming the way our Financial Professionals manage the $908B AUM for their clients including digital onboarding, straight through processing, smart needs analysis and automated curation of marketing materials.

Solved the #1 complaint of over 6,000 Financial Professionals by delivering a new hardware platform to replace their legacy Bring-Your-Own-Device Solution to 300 locations; including robust change management program; including scripted video production, posters, email marketing campaign, online documentation library and web portal. Asset Management audit and reconciliation, including process definition and implementation, identified $78k of undercharging annually and worked with the business champions to correct allocations and collect owed monies.
