David B. White
EXPERIENCE
I possess an extensive background of over 40 years working in various capacities with youth and adults. I have been involved in operations that have affected international security as a Regular Army member from 1975 – 1979 and Missouri Army National Guard member from 2001 to 2017, at which time I possessed top secret and secret clearances respectively during my tenure in the intelligence community. I worked for the Missouri Division of Youth Services and served in the capacities of youth specialist as Group Leader and Service Coordinator. I was a Probation and Parole Officer assigned a general and two specialized caseloads. I was given these opportunities due to my extensive background with a wide range of ethnic backgrounds, and multi-cultural experiences through my previous employment. I was honorably discharged from the United States Army, after serving 20 years, retiring as a First Sergeant. I was the 18th Circuit Treatment Court Administrator from March 22, 2024, to current with a resignation date of December 31, 2025.
