Identify and plan for future infrastructure growth by selecting candidates (Doctors, PMO and office support) that are an 80% match for both the position and the practice.

Ensure PMOs are anticipating team growth and replacement needs and working with Doctor and Recruiting to prioritize.

Successfully onboard new PMOs and team members through partnerships with Recruiting and Support Office

Support PMOs to prioritize and plan their training through pathways, virtual classes and in office observations during quarterly reviews.

Ensure offices and PMOs are delivering World Class patient experience.

Lead effective goal planning for the sub-region production and performance through partnership with Doctor(s) and PMO*

Monitor reappointment and recare rates by office to ensure top-class patient experience.

Schedule regular reviews to strategize office and provider hours monthly.

Provide input on when additional Hygienists or Doctor should be added to deliver against patient demand.

In collaboration with supported Doctors, ensure the PMO is effectively managing and escalating patient complaints, to achieve an agreeable outcome.

Housing Specialist

Provide property management and superior customer service that enhances the opportunity for affordable housing. Duties include overseeing seven different developments, two of which are considered public Housing, and one elderly development in the city of Winston-Salem.

Duties also include posting rent payments, posting late fees, move-ins, and move-outs, filing court papers, and generating work orders.

Knowledge of HUD rules and regulations pertaining to housing and Fair Housing.

Responsible for conducting cleanliness inspections, and field inspections of the properties and preparing a detailed analysis of the condition of the property; Responsible for coordination of annual re-examinations for program participants to determine continued eligibility.

Assist in section-8 inspections; attend section-8 briefing, and maintaining all section-8 records in our developments. Other duties included coordinate background searches, applicant interviews and wage verifications.

Also interacted with inspections staff, accounting staff and other housing agencies across the nation to ensure accuracy of housing subsidies; Maintained documents and working relationship with contractors.

Prepare vacancy reports, weekly reports, and providing small advertisements for our developments. Generate letters and memos for the residents and staff.
