thiswould be a first time position in remote customer service for me. I am empathetic, attentive and have excellent communication with most people,if not all. I am quick with learning new things and execute well. I'm not intimidated by requirements and have actually assisted customers in telecommunication, that was just not my job description. I know I will be an asset to your customer relations. I am a solution specialist. My resume includes industrial construction and staff training, however I don't have it digital.
