I ran daily operations of the store by watching Food Cost, Adhering to Inventory control, controlling the shift and controlling the crew of between 9 and 12. I ran shifts making sure the crew used correct food safety procedures. I was in charge of making sure the SMG scores were kept monthly,keeping between 65 and 80%. Making sure all customer complaints were handled in a timely manner. I did the hiring, on-boarding and orientations. When the store manager was out I assisted the first Assistant as needed doing so along with all duties that were assigned to myself.

Bus Driver-Dean Transportation

August 2014-June 2024

I drove for the Lansing school district a 77-passenger bus taking the students to and from school safely. I drove from state to state for the Trailways and Black Car service. I made sure the client I drove enjoyed their ride and felt safe. I drove for the City CATA service as well as driving the handicapped. Taking them to and from their various appointments which were set up for them.

Shift Manager-McDonald’s

May 2009-September 2014

I ran the shift of about 6 to 9 crew. Made sure the crew used the correct food safety procedures. I made sure the shift ran smoothly giving great customer service to the customers. Kept the store running smoothly and the store and grounds clean.
