● Ventegra is a Medical Benefit Manager (MBM) that manages health care costs and improve quality of care for businesses and consumers. Their mission is to establish new channels for delivering better efficiencies and more cost-effective healthcare for the community they serve.

● Plan Design Hub project- collaborated with up to 6 team members to enter patients’ drug insurance from files into a v-software and then reported client information was missing

● Bill Reconciliation- tracked the paid claims from clients to provide an accurate number of discrepancies in the system

● Company Communication Archive- downloaded 64 newsletters from smore.com, renamed them by their dates and then uploaded them to a Sharepoint folder
