Continued Verizon duties with Server Engineering Support when they asked me to come back to help with transitioning the group to a level 2 support system. Maintained patching levels on newer Linux servers with Ansible and BigFix and manually patching of older RHEL servers that were at EOL. Participated in several high-level network changes when a fabric needed to be taken offline and replaced, by checking and fixing dual pathing on Solaris, Linux and Windows systems. Stood up VMware server instances made to order through application and DBA teams requests. Worked both Production and Development issues using At Your Service ticketing system.
