Accountable for improving production processes and safe and efficient operation of $30 million-dollar Phosphine Ultra Purification Plant, Pilot Plant, and Thermal Oxidation plant for waste gas and liquid. Also responsible for initiating process changes, analyzing process changes for hazards and operability, generating process control strategies, capital project management, conducting root cause investigations, optimization of process and providing production and maintenance support as required. Duties and Responsibilities
Performed daily plant operation and process control activities of FCC unit. Coordinated and followed up with maintenance group regarding corrective & preventive maintenance activities. Operated and controlled Gas Concentration unit having steam-turbine operated two stages wet gas compressor, primary absorber, sponge absorber, and stripper and debutanizer process, Light gasoline and Heavy gasoline sweetening process, FCC sour water treatment unit. Carried out ammonia plant day-to-day plant operation, process control, and engineering activities. Coordinated and followed up corrective and preventative maintenance works of the plant. Scheduled and implemented long and short terms shut down and start up planning, catalyst replacement and replenishment program.
