Please allow me to introduce myself! My name is Joanna Tilley and I have been in the Customer Service industry for over 38 years. Even after my substantial work efforts, I still enjoy helping customers with whatever services they may need (problem-solve issues, order parts, schedule service or installation, etc). I multi-task well (I have performed Accounts Receivables as well as biweekly payroll processing) and consider myself a team player.
I also enjoy mentoring the junior staff members in procedures, policies, and assist them in becoming part of the company culture.
