ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.

Prepared and analyzed cash forecast and potential shortfalls.

+ Manage relationships with banking partners ensure compliance with

banking agreements and fee structures.

+ Oversee treasury accounting processes including intercompany loans,

bank reconciliation on daily basis and cash settlements.
