May 2010-Present

In the role of QIC coordinator it was my responsibility to supervise and provide performance updates weekly and monthly to all departmental associates. I was responsible for leading all inventory control related processes including product identification, cycle counting, order fulfillment resolution and data collection in both FG and UL locations in the warehouse. I was the key trainer for developing processes and procedures within the department while performing inventory adjustments, problem resolution and searches as necessary to ensure ongoing inventory integrity. I kept records and organized all documentation while running weekly team meetings for the department. In my role it was imperative to be proficient in programs such as Blue Yonder, JDA, Exacta, GPS, BAAN, Tableau and Microsoft office as well as being able to perform all responsibilities in the supervisors' absence.
