This is a SAP R/3 along with ISU& EHP 6 implementation. During this project I was a key part of MGL team for analyzing and developing ABAP programs, enhancements and debugging for all SAP modules including ISU, FICO, FICA, MM, SD, PS & PM. Created various programs for MIS reporting in FI, PS, ISU, MM with material reconciliation, billing analysis. Developed programs for automation of payments in FICO with payment advice by e-mail and NEFT transaction by integration of SAP, VB.net and AIX shell. Resolved issues at all levels; including configuration, application and database levels. Also was key part of EHP 6 Technical upgrade including objects, enhancements, notes and debugging.

Development of VB.net web application for Emergency call management and resolution with connection to SAP database though and read and update RFCS. Application includes update to customer as well as emergency staff through e-mail and SMS alerts both in VB.net Application and SAP.

I was primarily responsible for creation and rectification of ISU Master data including Connection objects, SR, Premise and other related objects. I was also developing, debugging, configuring various functions for PM. PS, MM, FICO, ISU Device Management and Billing modules. Special skills in performance optimization, troubleshooting sand debugging.

I have been instrumental in the creation of Database Upgrade, Dictionary objects, Indices, Segment & Space management, Performance monitoring and optimization, Rebuild/Coalesce of Segments & Indices, Reorganization of tables, Indices & table spaces, Reclaiming slack space, SQL Analysis & tuning & Segment Analysis at SAP & Oracle database level.

During this period I had been fully responsible for Material Reconciliation of the company. This entailed detailed study and collation of data provided by contractor against data mined from MGL systems available on mixed platforms (Approach, Oracle, MS-SQLServer).

I was also responsible for contract closure activities for long outstanding contracts. This required exhaustive analytics across data available both in system as well as in physical form and collation of data across various departments such that MGL would not make excess payment against any contract nor get embroiled in any dispute with contractor further delaying the closure.

I was primarily involved with creation of cut-over data from MGL legacy systems to SAP R/3 & ISU database. This involved co-ordination with process owners, verification of validation, volume estimation and conversion of data to staging environment to final upload via Emigall migration workbench in SAP. Also created the Master Data for ISU & Device management in SAP environment (CO, BP, Premise, Devices, Device Location, Installation & MoveIn). Developed, debugged and optimized various ABAP programs for MM, ISU & PS. Was an instrumental part of the team that led to successful go live of SAP R/3 and ISU in MGL.

Roles and responsibilities: Was part of the implementation team, especially with regard to cutover data migration and MM & ISU. All aspects of Production support.
