At Pfizer, I headed strategy, business development, and later business operations, delivering a 10% direct improvement to the bottom line in one year and relaunching an AI portfolio that grew 37% over five years. I am accustomed to setting and owning revenue targets, developing operating plans, negotiating partnerships, and leading cross functional teams to exceed ambitious growth goals.
Your role calls for outstanding client handling skills and comfort with consumer data. My background combines both. I have spent my career working with sophisticated stakeholders—multinational pharma, government bodies, and key accounts—translating complex market and patient data into clear, actionable insight and strategy. I am MBA qualified in Marketing Management and have extensive training in strategic business analytics, forecasting, and multichannel marketing, which has made data driven decision making a core part of my leadership style. While my sector has been healthcare, the commercial language has always been FMCG: penetration, frequency, loyalty, and portfolio mix, which aligns well with Worldpanel’s shopper centric approach.
Leading, engaging, and developing teams is a central part of my profile. I have managed national sales and marketing teams, overseen restructuring after layoffs, and driven culture building initiatives that improved performance and morale. Colleagues know me as a leader who combines high standards with strong coaching: creating clarity on the numbers while investing heavily in people’s growth, which is critical when guiding a team of commercial professionals in a fast evolving market like Egypt.
