I worked on site in Ocala, FL from 10/31/17-2/2020, when the pandemic hit, we switched workforce to Work at home. I was working remotely from 2/2020-1/2023.
I was a customer service representative for a campaign called PSCU. For this campaign, I assisted customers with their financial debit and credit cards that were members of many different credit unions that were covered under their umbrella. I built rapoor with each customer as well as co-workers and coaches. By doing this, it helped our customers to be comfortable, confident in us and to understand that they will be taken care of without worry. I also was able to de-escalate irate members and provide empathy and understanding of their situation, providing the best customer experience that I can. I have organizational skills as well as with Microsoft Office Word, Excel. I have a happy, I can do it attitude and my mind set is always to make sure the client or customer has an exceptional experience with customer service. I love helping people.

I worked as a Receptionist/Secretary for this construction company for 22 years. From May 1993 through March of 2015. In this role, I had many duties such as office clerical, filing, answering phones (took messages when necessary and directing calls to appropriate departments), faxing, emailing, copying and/or scanning documents, invoicing, incoming/outgoing mail including Fedx, UPS and USPS services. I also took office supplies inventory as well as making sure all the office machines worked properly. Called for repair when needed. Worked with Sage Accounting Software, Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Assisted with A/P, Receivables and Payroll (ADP). I had prepared invoices for A/P matching them with corresponding purchase orders and receipts. I have been in contact with many vendors in the construction business that I have built rapoor with.
