Worked for DFID Urban Health Systems Strengthening Project, where Options Consultancy Services, UK was a partner. The main goal was to improve the data collection & processing systems of the Department for international development (DFID) Urban health Partner (UHP) partners. My key responsibilities include.

•Assessed the status of Health management information systems (HMIS) of municipalities including hardware facilities to process service data and provide recommendations for the Identified possible scope to integrate urban HMIS with Ministry of health Bangladesh (MOHFW) systems (DHIS2). Also,Reviewed the DHIS2 software to identify the efficiency of Open-Source software

•Analyzed the existing IT systems and assessed case flow volumes to identify urban clinical level needs, found system requirements, and developed standard operating procedures for NGO clinics (Surjher Hashi clinic, BRAC, Marie Stopes, etc.)

•Developed systems requirements and specifications documentation, as well as dissemination the finding with different levels of stakeholders and find out the appropriate procedures that meet project requirements.

•Designed and Customized urban dataset to capture UHMIS data from NGO & developed framework & guideline for using the developed system.
