EXPERIENCE

Chemical Operator – Cell Recycling

Operate and monitor recycling systems (bulk flow, exhaust/scrubbers, magnetic separation, vibratory, water/wastewater). Start/stop equipment via control software; verify parameters and trends. Support testing, installation, and commissioning of new equipment. Provide performance feedback and recommend improvements. Track process data, collect samples, and perform operator rounds. Collaborate with engineering/program management to improve reliability and optimize parameters. Perform emergency spill response, equipment decontamination, and universal-waste breakdown/processing/packaging.

Load/unload materials; perform assembly/disassembly and Hi-Pot testing on cooling tubes/cold plates. Inspect products for quality; set up and start production equipment.
