I am proficient in Estimating, Scheduling, Cost Controls, & the Executions of Projects, Outages, & Maintenance of Mechanical services in an alliance & project framework. I have extensive experience in successfully executing work in Hard Dollar and/or time & material contract arrangements. Below is a compilation of a few of the Entergy Projects that I have Planned, Scheduled, Estimated, & Executed Safely, with Top Quality, & within Budget & Schedule.

Operations Manager & Regional Superintendent

Performed Operations manager & Regional Superintendent duties with my team which included managing all maintenance & outage estimating, scheduling, cost tracking, planning, & execution of all projects & maintenance at WBSES, HSEF, & Outages & projects at LCSES & support of all other sites in the Entergy chain for Day & Zimmermann.

Independence Entergy Site-

I worked outages at ISES General Foreman, foreman, Welding Instructor, QC, Tube welding/Heavy wall pipe welding, Pipefitting, Boilermaker, Rigger, & Iron Worker - Starting in 1993 & in 2001 when I was hired by Fluor’s maintenance crew for ISES. I then became the Boiler Proper/Projects Foreman for 2002. In 2003 I was promoted to the Boiler/Projects General Foreman. A few of the Main work scopes that myself & my team pioneered while at ISES Entergy Site where the replacement of the Rear Low Temperature, Front LTSH Panels, RH DMW’s Super Heat panel Maint, HRH Jumper Tube Replacement, RH Repairs, & WW Repairs, Super Heat Division panels and Super Heat Platen panels Repairs. On the maintenance side our daily and Replace all Cold end baskets on Air Pre Heaters.

- I was also appointed the job of instituting, formatting, & instructed the very first Entergy/Fluor Welding School Program at the ISES Entergy Site during this duration.

White Bluff Entergy Site-

In 1996 I held a position with Fluor on Maint. As a Tube Welder, Heavy Wall Pipe Welder, Rigger, & Pipefitter at the WBSES. Later I became the WBSES Fluor - Site Superintendent in 2007. The following are just a sample of some Projects that I have designed, estimated, scheduled, cost tracked, provided manpower, consumables, materials, & executed safely, on schedule, managed, & within budget as WBSES Site Superintendent - Replace the Hot and intermediate baskets on the Air Pre Heaters, Replacement of all Front & Rear Low Temperature Super Heat panels, FSH DMW Projects, Installation of all new Diamond Soot blowers & Repair Main Steam lug, All Rigging Plans & repairs to Main Steam & HRH hanger systems, DA repairs, HRH Header nipple projects, RH DMW projects, RH Repairs, Drag Conveyor Rebuilds, & all Conveyor Maint. On site. Bottom Ash Outage Projects & Energy Conv. Projects including Heater Confined Space repairs & all Condenser Repairs (Installation of new Dog Bone X-joints) & all general scope per outage activities.

Lake Catherine, Couch, Lynch, Remmel Dam and Carpenter Dam Entergy Sites -

Misc. Outages and maintenance work on the gas plants in the region – Myself, Cody Martin, & Site superintendent designed, engineering lay-out, scheduling, tracking, manpower, consumables, & materials for the SH Header Replacement in 2013 & the SH & RH DMW Replacement Projects now currently being worked. Multiple Outages Estimated, Scheduled, Tracked, Executed & Planned with Fan, Burner, Water wall, & etc. Projects completed.

Moses Plant Entergy Site -

Demo & reinstallation of steam piping & misc. repairs. Including the submittal of new blue prints for piping as designed per myself & review per Entergy engineering & added to their master plant drawing. . Multiple Outages Worked & Planned.

Ritchie Plant Entergy Site –

General boiler maintenance & installation of Heavy Wall Steam Valve replacement. Foreman & HW Welder- Multiple Outages Worked & Planned.

Lynch Plant Entegy Site –

Multiple Projects & Repairs including emergency outages. . Multiple Outages Worked & Planned.

Sabine Entergy Site –

Heavy Wall repairs to main Steam Lines. (2-1/4 Chrome Piping with MWT of 4”). Multiple Outages Worked & Planned. Operations Manager over Maintenace & All Outage Projects.
