RESPONSIBILITIES AS A Senior QA/QC Engineer

Preparing of Method statements & ITPs for Site and Materials submitting as per project requirements with reference to the Drawings and Project specifications.

Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-Compliance reports and other QA/QC documents.

Participation in weekly site visits with construction personnel,

Prepare the all the type of quality Logs.

contractors and QA/QC personnel to verify the quality on-site and reporting the same to QA/QC Manager

Develop QA/QC related presentations on PowerPoint & Excel (graphs) for weekly and monthly meeting submissions at Head Office.

Site Excavation and back filling works as per the project requirements.

Checks the preparation of foundations.

Checks the correct preparation of reinforcements.

Verifying all equipment is calibrated correctly

Performs material Inspection in accordance with the material Approval request (MAR) that complies with the Project specification.

Coordinate with the main contractor and client for each MIR & WIR/RFI activity and ensure that all the inspections are executed as per approved ITP.

Ensuring by inspections all Civil, Structural and Architectural works are done as per approved drawings, method of statement and used material in line with project specifications.

Inspecting site conditions prior to start Architectural construction activities.

Inspecting the construction of temporary and permanent works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submitting.

Making sure all existing structures, property, utilities and landscaping are properly protected.

Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings.

Supervision of on-site and off-site testing works.

Perform all other duties given by the direct manager.

Attending weekly, monthly and other progress meetings held at the site as required. Review the contractor's progress.

Undertaking overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with specification and contract requirements and when necessary, cause to address deficiencies associated with the same.

Assisting with the inspection of completed works. Helping prepares punch lists. Monitoring the start- up, testing, commissioning and handover.

Carrying out Snagging/DE snagging inspections and handing over the works to the required level of quality.

Responsible for the implementation of the procedure of all rectification as per approved Method Statements, ITP & Drawings.

Review and arrange all material documents for inspections as per project requirements. Conduct Surveillance inspection for Material Storage, Preservation and handling in store and Yard.

Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non-conformance reports

(NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
