Manager, EHS, Sustainability, and Risk Management Responsible for creating n new systems for a start-up facility, producing European style organic infant formula. Leading, organizing and preparing for multiple systems audits including ISO, GMP, FDA, Kosher, Passover Kosher, Halal, etc. Responsible for implementing compliance systems and verification audits assuring proper sterilization, sanitation, hygiene levels throughout the facility.

Jan 2023 – Feb. 2025 Kraton Corporation, Belpre, OH

Senior Manager HSES Responsible for all environmental, safety, security, health, medical, industrial hygiene, and training functions. Additionally, responsible for supporting facilities domestically and internationally with industrial hygiene efforts. Manages a staff at the Belpre site consisting of Safety Specialists, Safety Engineers, Environment Engineers, Industrial Hygienist, Training Team members, and Security Officers.
