Duties included the successful identification and management of non - attorney represented third party injured claimants to see the injury cases resolve to a proper closure without payment or the proper determination of a settlement payment of the injured third party claimant as either an out of pocket expense payment for closure or the formal settlement of an injury claim thus qualified to receive a full & final threshold settlement payment of the injury claim with a signed release.

Duties included the examination and adjustment of first party injured policyholders & guest passengers in the insured auto to qualify for & receive payment of first party medical benefits which included the management of the payment of medical charges and determination of the duration of benefits for every injured first party insured.

Duties included the examination of new automobile claims limited to the investigation of determining liability from automobile accidents and comprehensive type claim handling.
