Duties Led a team to develop the specifications for material, outside technical services, construction & safety protocol, commissioning and, estimates & schedules for the upgrading of an existing Substation.
Schedule/Cost Completed in 20 months as scheduled. $9.7 million total cost, 3% over the estimate. Cost Overrun
Scope Demolish an existing 100,000 SFT building for installation of a multistory 300,000 SFT building. Budget $8.5 million
Duties Part of a team to develop the specifications for the safe demolition. Coordinated with Subcontractors and outside technical consultants. Estimates & schedules, for the replacement and/or increase of the existing utilities capacity to meet the needs of the new building including pedestrian & ADA walkway, parking, lighting and, landscaping. Schedule/Cost Plans, specifications and, drawings turned over to the General Contractor on schedule. Demolition accomplished within schedule. The overall project was within estimated cost.
