Experience
St. Lukes Hospital
July 2023 – Current
Initially hired for General Surgery, I transitioned to provide clinical support for Internal medicine, Family Medicine, and Urgent Care following the retirement of my general surgeon about six months after my
commencement. Therefore, I have broad experience in all these areas as well as continuation of surgery scheduling for other providers after mine left.
St. Alphonsus Orthopedic Surgery
July 2021 - July 2023
I was employed in a high-volume Orthopedic Surgery clinic as nursing staff overseeing a patient caseload of 50- 60 patients per day where I assisted surgeons with various clinical needs and procedures.
St. Alphonsus Heart Institute
November 2011 – July 2021
I was employed as a member of the nursing staff in the cardiology (electrophysiology) clinic, where I prepped and assisted the cardiologist during various procedures and surgeries in the catheterization laboratory. Our focus included cardiac ablations and cardioversions, with a specialization in atrial fibrillation and other arrythmias, in addition to monitoring pacemakers and defibrillators.
