• Worked on electromagnetic simulation and electric motor design activities for automotive and e-mobility applications.

• Develop and validate 2D/3D FEM models for BLDC, PMSM, Sync Reluctance Motor, STEPPER and traction motors using Motor-CAD, Altair FLUX, Speed software.

• Perform detailed analysis of back-EMF, torque-speed characteristics, losses, inductance, and cogging torque.

• Support electric drive system optimization in collaboration with inverter, controls, thermal, and mechanical teams.

• Correlate simulation results with prototype and test bench data to improve model accuracy.
