Summary

At Salk, I provided user support for Cloud & Hybrid Computing in Life Sciences, enabling researchers with scalable computing solutions. I designed and implemented a cloud-based solution for semiconductor applications, optimizing performance, data management, and compute efficiency on AWS and Azure, including a successful migration from on-premises to the cloud.

My expertise spans data engineering for analytics, web applications, database design, and reporting, combined with hands-on technical management and leadership. In 2023, I received the Distinguished Innovation Award from Qualcomm’s Patent Office for developing the best Cloud Data Engineering and Operations Solution.

With 30 years of experience leading digital transformation in Qualcomm’s semiconductor hardware engineering business, I also managed the EDA Infrastructure team, driving efficiency and innovation in semiconductor design workflows.
