Christiana Care Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) Residency program. As the Trauma Unit SICU Resident, ministered to the interdisciplinary teams and patients of Christiana Care, serving over three units ranging from Intensive critical care, Transitional care to Step down recovery units. Also, served as the liaison for Project Engage YOLO (you only live once) a team that engages youth from surrounding communities providing a simulation of trauma bay procedure perform by the doctors on the medical staff. Tasked with addressing trauma related counseling and crisis interventions informed by my pastoral care counseling experience. Also, as a Family Support Team member, once a week, served as a liaison for family and medical staff to support family members in the disorientating world of Emergency Department visits.
