Capacity as a project manager for numerous campus maintenance contracts, I've observed the

work habits and punctuality of Mr. Deryck, and have found nothing lacking. Specifically

manage the fire protection system contract for the campus. The scope of work is quite complex,

and requires flexibility and adaptation to circumstances, especially when working in and around

a higher education institution. The various fire suppression systems and system components

must be regularly tested and repaired. The interaction between these components and the fire

alarm system is complex, and needs patience and experience to effectively maintain.
