• Completed monthly billing for multiple customers across 3 types of services. Cloud/Managed Services, Professional Services and Hardware Sales
• Ran reports and used multiple sources of data to create invoices. Time Entry data (hours and hourly fees), Milestone and monthly fees. Data Usage calculation such as VDC
(Virtual Data Center) and Back Up Usage.
• Created, integrated, and emailed invoices to customers through Salesforce and Great plains.
• Lots of manual Data Entry, attention to detail key. Also automated billing, checking to make sure it was accurate
• Worked closely with Sales, A/P, A/R, Customer Service, Managers, etc. As well as outside customers.
• Created credits and rebills for incorrect invoices (for all reasons, including customer satisfaction)
• Use of MS TEAMS and/or email (Classic Outlook) to communicate with my company and outside customers
• From 1991 to present use of many computer software programs, custom and mainstream. Been through many, many upgrades and system changes throughout the years
• Kept tickler files on my calendar for monthly billing changes, such as quantity and pricing changes, One Time charges and more.

• Assisted with problem-solving customer issues,
discrepancies with invoices, payment issues and more
• Assisted with Quarterly and Yearly audits of invoices, making sure what was being billed is what the customer signed off for. Providing copies of invoices, customer signed documents and master contracts or purchase
