Receiving calls and calling clients to address issues they may be having with their current mobility equipment such as power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, standers and bed and walkers etc. Also performing video evaluations, taking photos and guiding the client through trouble shooting to correct the issue and scheduling appointments for the field service technician to visit on-site for a hands-on evaluation and inspection. Next, contacting the vendors for quotes for parts needed to address and correct issues with their mobility equipment etc. Deliveries evaluations and assemblies.

Following the company schedule to complete deliveries of power chairs, manual wheelchairs, standers and sleep safe beds. Also making all repairs and modifications such as changing batteries, driving tires, casters, arm pads, seat backs, seat cushion, footrest, head rest, laterals, seat belt, motors etc. Having the ability to communicate with various vendors to order parts and replacement components to make the
