Created and revised procedures for final product inspection, Standardized tube quality through data collection and analysis of acceptable and non-acceptable tubes for final inspection. Saved $1million annually by avoiding scrapped products. Held and released product based on MIL Standard 1074

Eliminated pressure differential with silica line flow by implementing check valves, which prevented line gelation, resulting in $2 million in savings by avoiding downtime and lost production

Worked with various gauges – digit calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators

Implemented SPC control charts for 18 dihydroxylation furnaces to monitor chemical applications
