As a dollar tree manager I would address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure a professional, friendly environment. I would also help unload trucks, stock shelves, organize the stockroom, and maintain store recovery and cleanliness. I also preformed closing procedures, manage cash handling, and secure company assets in the absence of the Store Manager.
