This was a production client/server environment (Windows 2000 / UNIX Servers/ PVCS/ Net Express[formerly MicroFocus
COBOL], Tuxedo and Microsoft Project 2000). The client required a retro-fit to a prior version of CIS Open-Vision which is still being used by most of their client companies. CIS O/V is a customer information and billing system designed to support multiple utility products (e.g. gas, water and electricity) within a company as well as multiple companies within a corporation.

This was a production client/server environment for issuing policies and booking premiums to the AIWCS (American
International Workmen’s Comp. System) system that feeds the Mainframe which supports over 700 users worldwide.
Work with users in a Trouble-Shooter capacity to determine what’s wrong and what needs to be done to correct problems.
Once completed, there was no longer a trouble ticket backlog and all customer problems were current.
