I utilized my connections to arrange for one of my carriers to have the driver return to pick up the cargo. Following the pickup, I approached the carrier's management and commended the driver, ultimately resulting in an extra $100 in his paycheck. Ordinarily, carriers do not permit their drivers to return after completing pickups for the day. in his paycheck. The carriers do not have their drivers return once they pick up on that day.

With my quick wittedness I able to go beyond the call of duty due to the winter season, to provide all transit times, and accurate carrier information regarding the "Protect From Freeze" season it was what a 3rd party router should have been able to do, however, it was unsuccessful due to their issues causing delays in my customer's orders.
