EXPERIENCE

MAY 2005 – CURRENT

RECRUITING SUPERVISOR, CFI, AND cfi-tc

Have a staff of 11 that report directly to me. Manage the processors and they are tasked with completing the drivers DOT file. We use an application system that is called Tenstreet. In Tenstreet we can order all our reports we need. Examples would be DAC, MVR, Criminal Report, PSP report, and the clearinghouse. I am tasked with qualifying drivers and that includes making decisions on criminal checks and background checks. We are currently clearing 3 outside locations and we hold 2 classes a week in Joplin where our Main terminal is located. I manage 5 recruiters that are solely focused on bringing drivers in to go to school with CFI. We work with 4 schools and are tasked with enrolling 25 drivers a week to start school. I have 3 recruiters that are solely focused on recruiting for the Temperature Control Side. Since I took over this division, we have seated more drivers than they have seen in the last 5 yrs. I manage the day to day activity of making sure that we hire qualified safe drivers while also driving the recruiters to hit not only their personal goals but also the department goals.

ACTIVITIES

Not only am I very driven by my career, but I am a very family orientated person. I am a mother of 5 boys that keep me very busy. My youngest child was diagnosed with Autism at 18 months old and I am very involved with local organizations that help support children with mental disabilities. Member of the Joplin Booster Club at the High School and volunteer time at sporting activities.
