After working for several years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, B2B, B2C Sales Representative and doing Administrative all along the way, I am currently looking for a new and diversified role in any industry. Work Experience:

2006-present– RC Recruiting and Consulting Ltd. – Calgary, Alberta - Remote role.

I started RC Recruiting and Consulting Ltd. in 2006 specifically dealing in Retail Recruitment. When candidates left their roles in retail, they took me with them into other industries. We serviced Pharma, Optical, B2B, B2C, Food Services which included Quick Service Restaurants and Full-Service Restaurants, Industrial, Aviation, Government, Sales, etc. There was no industry that we did not cover. Anything that was asked of us – we took on. I am now amid shutting down the business and am now looking for a contract, part time, temporary or full-time commitment where I can use all my skills and experience.

2021-2024 – The Personnel Department (contract role) – Calgary based - Remote role.

Was doing B2B/B2C Sales/Recruiting role for the first year and a half for the VP of TPD.com. The agency had pulled all their business out of Alberta marketplace where I was hired to cold call, network, market their services to new clients and then building on existing business. After the contract was ended, I was given over to their main client Fraserway RV. I did the contract for the remaining time placing all permanent roles from East to West coast. Roles involved Sales, GM, Service, Parts Managers, Service and Parts Advisors, RV Technicians, Administrative staff. The contract ended as the company decided to not use outside agencies anymore.

2019-2020 – Manpower Services - Calgary, Alberta – Remote role.

I was hired on a contract as a Team Lead to head up a team of 8 recruiters placing Comfort Care Aids in Central and Northern Alberta in all Alberta Health Services Care Facilities. The contract ended.

2025 - Volunteer Activities: Airdrie Municipal Election – Mayoral Candidate Volunteer.

Was involved with getting our current Mayor Heather Spearman into her role as Mayor of Airdrie. Kept her organized and attending events with seniors to gain voting shares.
