•Developed & optimized assay performance, processes, & products through Verification and Stability studies on ARCHITECT and Alinity c/i instruments.

•Founder of the first training program for ICQ department. Created a training guide and a list of helpful links needed for the department at large. Solely responsible for certifying new employees and cross-training existing employees for their ICQ roles.
