Assisted in the development of yearly budgets for the Chevron Information Technology Company - $1 Billion Dollars

Development of the 3+1, 5, and 10-year roadmap; aligning the 3-year Project Portfolio to the initiatives defined within the Current Asset Strategy and Plans, while working within budgeted constraints.

Developed several automated data-gathering and reporting templates and tools for use by all of the Chevron Information Technology Company that gathered and compiled data from different applications and database sources (i.e. SAP, BPC, etc.) and created interactive charts, graphs, dashboards and other information for use by Management (Budgets, Actuals, Efficiencies, Forecasts, Unplanned financial data; Personnel tracking and reporting – Employees, Contractors (and providers), vacancies, etc.)

Participated in Major Capital Projects, such as the selection, design, and implementation of a complete Information Risk Management and Compliance tool for all of Chevron’s Data Center Assets. This was an automated system that performed server hardening, Operating System, Application and Network configurations (including SOX controls checks and reporting). This resulted in millions of dollars in savings when compared to the previous manually implemented process.

Served as the Technical Advisor for the $37MM Service Excellence For Information Technology (SEFIT) major capital project, coordinating services with Project Managers, End User Computing, Data Center Server personnel, internal and external networking/telecommunications specialists, to design, plan, pilot and transition Chevron’s 150+ separate “Service Desks” into a single Global entity.

Facilitated meetings with Finance and Performance Teams to streamline Monthly Status Reporting

Developed a dashboard to cover all on-going activities and held monthly meetings with the Asset Manager for budget (OPEX and CAPEX) updates, Project Milestones, etc.
