Experienced and dedicated Information Technology Professional. Over my career I have implemented products and supported many other products. This experience has given me a wide range of knowledge with enterprise, cloud, and desktop products. Combined with previous experience of managing a department’s IT requests has given me a large picture of the IT landscape. For the last 14 years I have worked directly with customers implementing Intellectual Property Docketing software.
