By checking this box, I confirm I am the individual registered with LTS for purposes of taking the on-line livery driver training and I confirm I will be completing/taking the on-line driver exam myself without the assistance of others. Pursuant to Section 170 of The City of Calgary’s Livery Transport Bylaw (Bylaw 20M2021), a person shall not make a false statement in a document, application, statement, declaration or report made under or required by Bylaw 20M2021. Should LTS become aware another person(s) completed/ assisted with completion of the on-line livery driver licencing exam on your behalf, LTS will conduct an investigation. Actions against all involved individuals may include refuse issuance of any livery licence and/or request for training materials and/or suspend or revoke any existing livery licence. Pursuant to Section 170 of Bylaw 20M2021, an individual convicted of making a false statement may also be subject to a $1,500.00 fine.

You will receive an email from LTS, with further instructions regarding your on-line livery driver training/exam, within two (2) business days.
