In charge of the College of Nursing Distance Education. This involves gathering information from faculty and setting up online classroom connections, mostly using Zoom, but have also used Acano and Webex as well. It also involves set up and maintenance of classrooms used for online connections.
Help the College of Nursing IT department with any IT issues, including computer set up, PC imaging, Onboarding or new employees, answering IT trouble ticket issues at the request of faculty and staff. A/V Responsibilities such as setting up filming environments, filming, editing, formatting video and audio, creating content for videos. All of these are done at the request of faculty and staff.
