Technical Consultant – Managed Services (Multi-Architectural Services) 2017 – 2020
Part of the presales custom solutioning team works with the bid manager to position and solution Managed Services based on the customer’s RFP requirements.
Accounts that can be new or organically grown. As AT&T managed customers are moving towards a 2020 environment, they demand a more scalable and economical network.
The bid team’s objective is to put together a solution that meets the client’s requirements, but also secure and cost effective.
My role as an Operational Consultant was to work with Service Delivery and Service Assurance teams to operationalize custom networks, such as “how to deliver”, how to manage” and “how to support”.
Accomplishments:
•Handled many high-profile customers in which solutions were complex in nature and customer requirements did not align with standard AT&T Products; created one-off solutions and assisted the handoff into post sales phase to ensure streamlined support.
•Provided training and mentoring effort to cross functional teams in the areas of Operations.
•Achieved Voice and Collaboration and Security Proficiency badges for fundamental, intermediate, and advance levels.
•Participated in a project in establishing Operational Consultant processes document to prepare the team for the 2020 support model.
•Work with "downstream" partners such as Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Vendor management, Life Cycle, Operations, and vendors in teams support of custom solutions. Operationalizing troubleshooting/ticket handling processes, workflows and toolset handling between clients and AT&T service assurance and operations.
Data Coordinator/Operations Subject Matter Expert (March 2011- 2016) – Managed Services – Realization Center of Excellence.
Established position as subject matter expert on operational support and service delivery models when reviewing custom solutions (Retail and wholesale accounts).
•Participate in a committee to establish a Peer-to-Peer review program. Program is designed to provide “face-to-face” evaluation between team members to ensure there is consistent quality work output. Through this effort, we could identify inconsistencies in processes between functional groups and were able to consolidate process and benchmark work effort.
•Solutioning highly custom non-standard requests from various retail, government, and IBM clients and providing end to end solution including operational processes.

•Project managed custom requests from end to end for some of AT&T highest valued clients - Baker Hughes, Cognizant, GM, Microsoft, and Home Depot.
•Coordinate custom solutions with Operations, Technical deal leads, AT&T enablement teams, Product managers, service assurance teams, and life cycle teams focusing on a single output in support of the request.
•Provide an Operations Plan document which contains information regarding the operationalizing of highly complex custom requirements for MRS, AVPN, MIS, or Outsourcing clients. Develop the cost solution associated with the specific custom requirements.
•Senior Administrator for the SCOE website. The website was imperative to the day-to-today processes for all pre-sales deliverables to obtain AT&T revenue.
