Lead and manage 4 cross-functional crews and up to 25 employees to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop plans, define scope, and create schedules for vendors and contractors for multiple projects. Communicated with over one hundred board members at multiple levels of the organization to ensure HOA’s were being managed successfully. Built strong relationships with over 2,500 individual homeowners and HOA members. Implement risk mitigation strategies to identify, monitor, and evaluate risks consequences for each project. Successfully inspected and installed Best Management Practices on over 300 Well Pads (USP Phase 1) to eliminate violations from BLM and regulatory agencies and ensure installations are up to ExxonMobil quality of completions.

Successfully reduced costs for the client by implementing stormwater plans to avoid fines.
