Fryer Line Helper 2016-2017
In charge of using ingredients to make mixes of batter on various types of cuts on multiple lines.
Worked alongside the fryer operator helped and assisted with different types of job duties on the fryer system as well as the batter system.
Recorded information in the IQS of batches made as well as inventory used by shift.
In charge of cleaning and maintaining the 5’s of the line and in training new fryer line helpers as needed.

Worked on preventive maintenance priorities daily.
Responded to radio calls to troubleshoot breakdowns of any and all machinery.
