Supervising employees in all areas of the factory and in all business units. Also, in charge of helping manage the manning’s and the line sheets daily.
Managing and maintaining the 5’s process of my business unit 3,4,5, Hyster’s, and Waste.
Work with different types of computer systems such as excel, Microsoft word, Kronos, outlook and power point.
Fryer Operator 2018-2020
Leading and directing fryer line helpers as well as the training and development of these employees.
Responsible for preoperational checks at the beginning of shift as well as frequent checks on equipment throughout the shift to ensure line efficiency.
Made operational adjustments throughout the shift to ensure the line stayed in grade and ensured product quality.

Cutter B Operator 2017-2018
Maintained and monitored various types of equipment such as: cutters, sorters, shakers, etc. to ensure lines and equipment ran efficiently.
Worked with the cutter A to lead and direct others within the area to perform daily duties such as cleaning or other quality and sanitation tasks.
Communicated information in IQS with the cutter A as well as supervisors, electricians, maintenance, refrigeration and quality.
Involved in training and developing new cutter b operators as well as grade 3’s and tank operators.
Fryer Line Helper 2016-2017
In charge of using ingredients to make mixes of batter on various types of cuts on multiple lines.
Worked alongside the fryer operator helped and assisted with different types of job duties on the fryer system as well as the batter system.
Recorded information in the IQS of batches made as well as inventory used by shift.
In charge of cleaning and maintaining the 5’s of the line and in training new fryer line helpers as needed.
Dickenson’s Frozen Foods Fruitland, Idaho 2013-2016 Raw Receiving Lead
Worked on preventive maintenance priorities daily.
Responded to radio calls to troubleshoot breakdowns of any and all machinery.
Took readings on boiler gauges and refrigeration.
Collaborated with the warehouse managers and supervisors in order to perform detailed inventories.
Prepared products for transportation or location for storage, and prepare paperwork related to these operations.
