WORK EXPERIENCE:

Pipeline Labourer: Kiewit Construction Services, Lower Mainland BC Feb- May 2023

• Repetitive heavy lifting up and down slopes, ladders, trenches.

• Setting up pumps and hoses for dewatering

• Level earth to fine grade specification using rakes and shovels

• Paint pipes using brush and spray gun.

• Work around heavy equipment, Perform flagging duties and traffic control.

• Help other trades i.e. Pipe fitters, welders

• Placing geotextile fabrics and installing environmental controls Scaffolder: Standard Scaffolding North West Refinery, Redwater, AB Apr- 2022- Oct 2022

• Complete safety paperwork such as FLRA’s, Start Cards, etc.

• Install steel pipes, support braces and clamps to form bases for scaffold.

• Modify and dismantle scaffold upon completion.

• Housekeeping to maintain orderly work environment.

General Labourer: VOICE Constructions, Hardisty, AB FEB 2021-dec 2021

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

• Assist heavy equipment operators, perform spotting of trucks and other heavy equipment

• Perform duties of a flag person, direct flow of pedestrians, traffic, and heavy equipment

• Heating and Hoarding experience

Safety Watch performs various tasks including:

• Confined Space Monitor (when workers are inside vessels)

• Fire Watch (when workers are welding/gridding)

• Area Monitor (while workers are working on piping & valves)

• Bottle Watch (operating & attending breathing air supply equipment)

• Gas Testing (Using electronic gas testing devices);

• Breathing Air Packs (wearing and assisting workers)

• Maintain Accurate Documentation (logging gas test results, radio checks and entries/exits from confined spaces)
