I was a travel service agent, resolving travel related issues…ie flights, hotels and car rentals…booked, cancelled and rebooked such travel as needed to solve cardmembers issues. Worked closely with cardmembers, airlines, hotels and car rentals. Also worked with blue shield/blue cross of michigan, providing insurance benefits for clients to medical professionals. I worked for the simplisafe alarm company, selling, cancelling alarm system and troubleshooting those systems remotely when there were issues with clients sytems. Then worked on Charles Schwab campaign solving clients with issues with their accounts and also providing technical support when they encountered technical problems trying to get into their accounts, issues logging in or once in their accounts….
