Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction site using hand tools or other equipment.
Suggest or initiate personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, or hires.
Erect scaffolding to work above ground level.
Read work orders or receive instructions from supervisors or homeowners to determine workrequirements.
Conducting and briefing of HSE policies and safety precautions to workers and supervisors to ensure safe work place and to avoid safety issues.
Supervise the execution of mechanical completion activities related to mechanical (piping) works.
Reviewing the construction drawings in advance for smooth work execution
Preparing the bill of materials for the drawing issued.
Preparing report and datasheets for the corresponding job.
Reviewing vendor drawing and documentation as per relevant Technical Practices.
Managing daily activities like material requisition, vendor document and followup and coordinate with other engineering discipline.
Arrangement of Tools & Tackles for erection.
Co-ordinate with client for planning and schedule, progress monitoring and material management.
Applying and monitoring of permit for the work to be done.
Conducting weekly progress meeting.
