DWD Project Integrity, two-year project - March 28, 2021 – March 24, 2023

Remote position. Responsible for identification, case development, and work and wage fraud investigations. The position identifies possible fraudulent wage issues, contacts the employer(s) or their representative for corrected or missing information, and conducts interviews with claimants. Duties include issuing decisions and wage outcomes, determining concealment, overpayment, and penalty decisions. Customer Service skills are required, as well as a commitment to confidentiality.
