Since graduating high school I began my career in the service industry. The last decade I’ve worked hands on handling a wide range of customer service needs. I began managing TCBY in Charlotte in 2014 and ran the store for over 4 years. During that time my responsibilities included: hiring and training staff, fulfilling monthly inventory orders, maintaining and implementing certain guidelines for daily store operations. In 2018 I began independent contract work. I work for multiple platforms allowing me the freedom to pursue more opportunities.
