I am a high school graduate. I also completed 3 years at Liberty University to earn a degree in Paralegal Studies. I have not yet graduated.

Employment:

08- 2024 to present: Allied Universal Security. I completed several tours of an office facility nightly observing the safety and security of employees and reporting any issues to the appropriate supervisory staff. I also restricted access to the facility to ensure the safety and security of employees.

12-2022 to 06-2024 Penske Logistics. I began as a forklift operator loading and unloading trailers. Due to my focus on accuracy, I was given a lateral promotion to an office administration position. I created documentation by entering data on several internal computer programs, ensuring the accurate accounting of products loaded on the trailers. I also communicated daily with clients and customers regarding the disposition of products. I was given a second lateral promotion to inventory clerk. This position is all about accuracy. I would spot check locations within the facility to ensure the needed products were accounted for. I researched any discrepancies and reported this information to my immediate supervisor as well as the clients and customers via emails and daily reports I had created to ensure all parties were aware of the issues and the resolutions of those issues.

07-2011 to 09-2021 Ruan Transportation: I began as a truck driver picking up and delivering time sensitive loads. As I progressed in my experience within the company, I was given the opportunity to work as a dispatcher for two years. In this position, I was responsible for the schedules of over forty drivers. I also handled any discrepancies with all loads and daily communicated via email and phone with clients and customers as well as other company team members to ensure all loads were schedule appropriately to ensure in-time delivery. I became proficient with all Microsoft Suite programs.

Gaps in employment were due to medical issues which have since been resolved.
